Property Manager

Laura is a seasoned property manager and has over 15 years of experience in property and business management. She specializes in scattered site property management and is driven by her exceptional communication and organizational skills. Laura lives in South Philly with her husband, 3 kids, and her dog named Jaime Lannister in their century-old row home. In her spare time, you can find her outdoors hiking, fishing, and playing with her kids, playing video games, listening to and recording music, watching movies, and enjoying the Philly restaurant scene.

Ross Shelter

Leasing Manager

Ross joins LPMG with a background in Property Management. He has experience managing offices, condos, and apartments and has overseen multiple apartment lease-ups. Ross loves working with people, and is known for delivering exceptional customer service to his clients. He currently lives in South Philly with his wife, son, and 2 dogs, and enjoys playing golf and rooting for the Birds.
